Hi there, I am Pin Kee Lam.

I am a pharmacist (graduated from NUS), with over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry. I also hold an MBA from University of Strathclyde (Scotland).

Throughout my career, I have managed pharmaceutical, consumer health and nutritional products across Asia-Pacific markets. 

After working closely with hundreds of patients with chronic illnesses (diabetes, dialysis and cancer) in their nutrition support, what I have discovered is that most age-related diseases are preventable, or reversible through healthy lifestyle.
